At about a minute in, you could have half a bar of silence, or maybe some sort of lead in, reverse crash, kicks on 16ths that sort of thing, then open the filters for the drop. Write another synth line and layer it across the one with the pitchwheel modulation, make it stronger and more agressive. Feel free to ignore this, just an idea. -Jix
