Sep 2, 2008 - The movie was remade in 1997. Jack Lemmon played the role of Juror #8. Haven't seen that version though. Mainly because it wouldn't compare to this version.

Sep 11, 2008 - I've actually seen the Lemmon remake...it also starred George C Harris. It was excellent but I wouldn't be able to comment on whether it is as good as this one. I actually saw that one first which is why it stuck in my mind more than the original. However, the original is definitely an outstanding classic. And I don't think anyone in modern times compares to Cobb no matter what!
