Aug 3, 2008 - the 20d will only max out the burst when you're shooting in burst mode with multiple frames per second. If you're shooting time lapse then it's more likely you're only shooting 1 frame every few seconds - so the camera's cache has plenty of time to clear up before the next shot. by the by: this video is awesome. I just shot my first time lapse not too long ago and I was really inspired by this.
