Over 400 students participated in OTC's Commencement ceremony on May 15, marking the highest number of participants in the College's history. Anthony Simkins, president of Phi Theta Kappa, delivered the student address, and Jim Anderson, president of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, discussed the importance of community service in his keynote address.
