Jul 6, 2008 - The only copyright problem I've had on YT is having been DMCAed by TheFriendlyGeek for showing his face to the world, despite his insistence that it wasn't him (though we now know it was). I did, however, preemptively delete a Top 10 Bands video that contained a few music clips, since someone who responded to it got DMCAed. Viacom's current bully tactics aren't surprising. Quite a load of bullshit, yes, but that's just what corporations and governments do.

I think it's funny (sad) that they're now going after people who are trying to do the right thing in giving credit for their sources instead of thanking them for the free advertising.
