Sep 9, 2008 - Bless you for taking in this sweet little schnauzer girl, and getting her the medical attention she needed. I hope you'll post another video of her, so we can also see her progress. Please research the pain pills she's getting, as there have been a lot of problems with them. Hopefully she's now finished her surgery, it was successful, she's in a better state, and has been switched to other meds.

Sep 9, 2008 - SuzieQ had surgery about two weeks ago. She was on Rimdaly for about a week prior to her surgery (we are aware of the side affects of long term usage). She's doing fantastic now.. eats soft dogfood but her appetite is back and she is active. When I get time I may post another video.

I wonder how she ate at all with a broken jaw, and why the shelter didn't pick up on that. How old is she? She's so lucky you found her, and took her home.

Oct 19, 2008 - So far, so good. Suzie-Q came to live with us last Friday. She is the sweetest dog! Captain Jack, our schnauzer of 5 years is taking his cousin in stride, but we have to make sure he knows we still love him too.
