In a conference Bush is making a very controlled and rhetorical discourse to underline the perfect anti-terrorism method of the American intelligence. But the lies have short legs, as we say in Italy, and after a big lie the controlled discourse is attacked by a virus of the language. And that it is the moment in which the truth can take place.
