Arsenal have become the first English team to beat AC Milan at the San Siro stadium. Goals from Cesc Fabregas and Emmanuel Adebayor gave the Gunners a historic 2-0 victory over the Champions League trophy holders. Arsenal dominated possession but it was not until six minutes from time that Fabregas blasted home a 30-yard screamer. The goal broke the deadlock after a goalless first leg and a frustrating opening spell for a creative Arsenal side. Emmanuel Adebayor completed the triumph with another goal in the dying moments of extra time.
