Sep 5, 2008 - mmm ho cambiato idea!!! il Pianista C è mlt piu espressivo!!;-)

RobertJV24 Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - 4th and 5th being my favourite, 4 a little more so.

xAmandine Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - I agree almost exactly with go9zu. My favourite is A! then E! C is charming and expressive ;), less good in parts but I still prefer it to both B and D. I like D more than B.

kpunkt Says:

Sep 6, 2008 - oh that's dangerous... but anyways... 1 etudelike uninteresting 2 a bit too fast but very beethovenlike "con brio" 3 a bit too slow but very detailed and musical 4 very good tempo, wonderful playing - my favourite 5 beethoven alla Debussy - I don't like it

loxpower Says:

vrankov Says:

Sep 7, 2008 - If I was to ask Simon to play it, I would have asked him to play it like #3, but he would not listen to me and would play it like #1. As far as I know Sandro, he will chose to play it like #5. Sandro, please consider #4 and #1 too. Just for the tempo.

pianogirl98 Says:

Sep 8, 2008 - Very interesting to hear the different interpretations of the piece! Each has his/her personality in the music he/she is playing!

mikeluzzo90 Says:

Sep 8, 2008 - Quoto il 4° pianista..la seconda esecuzione è troppo veloce pure per Gold..il terzo è di Sandro Bisotti il resto nn so..bye

nikolaimedtner Says:

Sep 9, 2008 - for me, pianist A please!

musicusblau Says:

Sep 12, 2008 - Hi Sandro, very interesting composition of different interpretations of this piece, which is one of my favourites. 1) This one I prefer to all. It comes the intention of Beethoven the nearest. (Sounds a bit like my interpretation, but I do the arpeggios in another way). 2) I suppose it´s Glenn Gould. This one is very musically played, too, but much too fast. We have an Allegretto here, not "con brio". 3)Too free, Beethoven did not intend this. 4)The articulation is not good. 5)too free

Sep 23, 2008 - Now here is from a guy who "loves" piano music but is totally ignorant of its specifics and nuances. B - A - C - E - D I believe this is your 2nd survey. Thanks it was fun.

greekyboy123 Says:

Sep 28, 2008 - I like A and D the most - though I lean more toward D as I feel the contrasts are more effectively put across. B I suspect is Gould - shame about the silly tempo, as I feel that with his clarity of texture there could have been a great performance there. C and E not to my liking
