Nov 3, 2008 - Well, OOo is better than office 2007, even more because it's able to read .docx files... Office < 2007 can't without the compatibility module. Anyway, if you really want to use Office 2007, you can install it through wine that allows you to run some Windows software on Linux (even games !). You can also use star office which is another office suit (but it's not free), or Lotus by IBM. But I don't know if those tools are able to read .docx files.
