He ran like a scared chicken into Pakistan, then Bush claimed Bin Laden/Sadam connection and got us bogged down in Iraq. Pakistan makes token incursions into Waziristan to get US Military Aide. It isn't Usama bin Laden, it's the oil pipeline through Afghanistan that supplies oil to western Europe from former Soviet states. This requires the change of public opinion in America or a strong leader who re-educate the public and changes American policy with regards to Afghanistan.
