These are available in 78rpm only. When it was decided that the movie will be made in Pak, Baba Chishty recorded one song (ik baat sunati hoon) in Nahid Niazi's voice and the other (O' Nanjhay Rahi) in Munwaar Sultana's voice alongwith chorus. Main zati pasand ya napasand par figures ko ziadah ahmiyat is liye deta hun keh unhen jhutlana mumkin nahin hota. Meri/ya app sab ki webstie ka buniyadi nuqta bhi yehi hay keh har qism ki zati soch say mawra haqaiq byan kiye jayen. Mar 8, 2008 - Bhai aap abhi tak mujhe samjhay nahi shayad..main favouritism ka qail hota to baRay singers ki khamiyan batata? mera matlab tha k Wo loud singing ka daur tha Rafi aur Bhatti sahab dono hi-pitch singing kay aik tarah say muqablay par thay. Naushad was on back of Rafi (Baiju Bawra, aadmi etc) aur yahan Feroz Nizami, Chishti aur even Sadfar sab nay Bhatti sahab ko hi-pitch mein songs diay. wahan low-pitch/raggae style singer(name x,y,z/Mehdi) is liay nahi chala unless the time changed after 1965.

Just like Rafi Sahib and Kishore Sahib sound so different in their earliest recordings (as if they had not yet developed their own original style). 2. Nazir Begum is good: how much work did she do? She almost reminded me of Shamshad Begum! 3. Did Baba Chisti record Geeta Ji in India? What do you mean "when it was decided that the film would be made in Pakistan"? Was Chisti Sahib in India upto that point?

Apr 20, 2008 - 1. Well, to everybody who is good at recognition of voices IT IS Mehdi Hassan and sorry to say he doesnot sound different to me than his other recordings. May be cuz am listening to him from 40 years and am used to his every style :) 2. Nazir Begum etc were out-thrown to a large extent when Zubeda Khanum started singing. So she doesnt have more than 50-60 songs i think..and less than 5 popular amongst. 3. Roop K Shorey n Meena moved to Pak so movie was decided to release in Pak. Thanx
