Mar 7, 2008 - Kalingda is typically sang in the utteranga, but the bandish uses NSdPSrNS. Although it could be becuase ghandar is an anuvadi in Kalingda (neither emphasized or deemphasized)

Mar 7, 2008 - He uses NS and omits ghandhar, so this can't be Jogia or Bhairav. Can someone please tell me what rag this is. In taar saptic he uses ghandar in the alapi, but totally omits it in the actual bandish or the sargams.
