Aug 4, 2008 - The first case is from The State vs.Martha Marceau in 1967.Orin Hillyer gave the outcome of that trial.Martha Marceau was the only character to be tired twice for a murder. First, the murder of Rick Oliver in 1966,and then the murder of Taffy Sims in 1974.

Aug 16, 2008 - OMG, it's Rae Woodard!!! :) I've always wanted to see the talented Louise Shaffer in this role as it aired the year I was born. Thank you for the clip!

Oct 6, 2008 - I would love to see the scene where Josie/Serena shoots Mark Farady.

Jul 22, 2008 - Actually that first trial is not from the Martha Marceau trial. The Martha Marceau trial for murdering Taffy Sims was not until the year 1974 - 75 (it was last trial seen on EON while the show was still on CBS). Martha would be found not guilty in the end, but there was several tough moments. Since the original airing of the trial I'm not sure that I've seen any footage from the Martha Marceau trial (now, come to think of it Martha was involved in another trial back in 1964, but not '67).
