Fintan O'Toole is a writer, cultural critic and political commentator based in Dublin. He has written for the Irish Times since 1988, including a weekly column, and was drama critic for the New York Daily News from 1997 to 2001. In 2006, he spent six months in China reporting for The Irish Times. Among recent books, he is author (with Tony Kinsella) of Post Washington: Why America Can't Rule the World (2005), and (with Shane Hegarty) The Irish Times Book of The 1916 Rising (2006). From Januray 24-30, 2008, he visited Concern Worldwide Bangladesh Projects as a part of the 40th Years anniversary of Concern Worldwide. This vedio clip is his Char visit.
