have no clue what is causing this.. replaced EBP, ICP and EGR and the truck still surges and idles like this

Jul 25, 2008 - hi i have an o3' f-350 and it started doing that and i didnt know what it was then i brought it to my buddies shop and he ran a test and it was an idler sensor. its on the back side of the block if you look at your truck from underneath you will see 3 wires its behind the metal plate you ahve to take off. the part is about 350 dollars here in florida.

Jul 27, 2008 - Problem FIXED!!!! Unplugged the ICP sensor and it has ran fine since. So all this was caused by a bad ICP
