Apr 22, 2008 - Some mistake i've notice: 1. it is EGCg, NOT ECGc as mentioned; 2. Green Tea is originated from China, the few types of tea mentioned (Sencha & Genmaicha) is just a few type from Japan. The best green tea does not necessary have more Catechins!

May 28, 2008 - Green tea not only good for health but also for relaxation , enjoyment and passion. for new drinker recmd drink 1 cup a day first then slowly increase. due to green is a very cooling.

Jun 25, 2008 - Buddies just drink two 8 ounces cups of green tea..you will feel fresh all day long. i guaranttee that's my personal experience.
