Mar 29, 2008 - I disagree, they have to make sure the caller is not another terrorist misleading the counter attack personnel and medical rescue teams and they need assurance of the precise information on the location and condition of victims and hostages. It may be tough, but it is not the first time a bad guy or someone seeking attention calls, ruining the work of the rescue teams.
