Marina and Mallet are in her room. Mallet groans and prays he never sees another pair of shoes. Marina says that the trip didnt' work. It didnt' distract Daisy. She's going to go find Grady. Why did she do that? Everyone leave so someone to latch onto. She wants to believe that people can change. That Grady can change. She wants him to change. Mallet says a girl thing. Marina acts insulted. They both grumble about how bad their exes are. They both agree it's a tie for how much their love lives sucked. Marina and Mallet flirt and kiss. Daisy and Grady are kissing. What if? Daisy says it's her fault that he got arrested. Grady says it's fine. It doesn't matter. Reva looks at bottle of pills for Jeffrey that he never finished. She has a stash of her own. Reva mixes them. She remarks that should do the job. Daisy and Grady continue to kiss. Why does she have faith in him? Daisy says not that different. Nobody believes in either of them. She gets that. Daisy kisses Grady. A pissed off Reva honks the car horn at them. Cyrus and Jeffrey talk in the court room. Cyrus says that Grady has an unknown medical condition. He might forget stuff on the stand. Reality if try Grady then have no chance at Alan. It's best to offer a lesser sentence then take a crack at Alan. Frank yells what take so both of the Foley brother's get what they deserve. Jeffrey reminds him that they are after Alan Spaulding. Frank is pissed and leaves. Mallet questions if there is another way. Jeffrey says if there is he will find it. He's not going to let Cassie down. Mallet says reason he likes the beat - no politics. Jeffrey remarks if Mallet gets any ideas while walking around on how to bust Foley then tell him.
