If doesn't matter what kind of music it is, its the message behind it, and Lecrae has an Amazing message. Also... I think you've mis-charachterized Lecrae as haughty. He's boasting in the Lord, that's what the Bible says to be proud of...He isn't boasting in his musical talent or in his acomplishments.
