Apr 19, 2008 - I believe that at their most basic, religions are our way of explaining or relating to God. E.g we say 'God our Father' to induce the connotations of 'Father' i.e. authority figure, teacher etc., I doubt that he is actually a PERSON in heaven, 'Father' is just our way to relate to him.

May 17, 2008 - I think the Catholic church changed the bible to suit it's own needs and perversions. Then, when the control of the wealthy church became too corrupt Martin Luther led the Protestant Reformation. A lot of the stuff we read in the Bible today, I believe, are lies the Catholic Church placed in the Bible to control mankind. The all latin Bible at that time was craftily maneuvered to decieve and control - maybe in King James trans also. Some of the Bible we believe today is false - I believe.
