I decided I wanted to loose weight. I've always been unhappy and i wanted to do this the healthy way. I am currently on the south beach diet. I am very active, I try to be. I have been battling the psychological effects of anorexia nervosa since i was 7 years old. I would like to for once loose a ton of weight the absolute and healthiest way possible. At Times i feel like shit, and i want to not eat but I don't let that get the best of me. I set goals and i tell myself how unhealthy it is for one to starve themself. My current Stats: Height: 5'1" Starting Weight: 134.5lbs Weight currently: 129.8lbs Overall weight lost so far: 5lbs. Age: 21

Aug 3, 2008 - Good for you!! It's great that you are choosing to live healthy, even more so while you are young + your youth will make it that much easier to lose weight and get fit. (And yes please be careful not to starve yourself) eating is good for the body just cut out the junk like fast food, fried food Soda,ect... Having just reached my fitness goal I can promise you will not regret all of the effort. Best of luck!! :)
