Movie: "Ladyhawke" Music: "Before the Dawn" - Evanescence Starring: Michelle Pfeiffer as Isabeau D'Angiou, the Hawke Rutger Hauer as Captain Etienne Navarre, the Wolf This is one of my favourite movies; I do adore the love story between Isabeau and Navarre and this film is both historical and fantasy, full of adventure and love. Then I think Michelle Pfeiffer is one of the most charming women all around the world, and Rutger Hauer is handsome, too. Furthermore, I saw "Ladyhawke" when I was very young, and so my passion for fantasy was born. Enjoy it! "Maybe Tonight we'll fly so far away We'll be lost before the Dawn..." I am going to tell the plot to the ones who do not know the story. Isabeau is a fair, beautiful woman, and she is in love with Etienne Navarre. He is the Captain of the Bishop's Knights, and loves her, too. But the Bishop is secretly in love with Isabeau; his passion is dark and insane. When he discovers the two lovers, they are forced to leave L'Aquila; but the Bishop calls for the Devil powers and casts a spell. They will be always together, but eternally apart: duting the day, Isabeau turns into a Hawk, while when the moon rise, Navarre bacomes a black Wolf. There is only a way to break the spell: they have to fight against the Bishop, man and woman. This seems to be impossible when, during an eclipse, sun and moon are seen together, and so Isabeau and Navarre; he kills the Bishop, the curse is broken...
