Mar 18, 2008 - I'm a fluent native Irish speaker and I can only make out 3 words: glan, fairsing and suas. He should work on speaking clearly and using normal everyday words (apart from glan, fairsing and suas) if he wants to try to prove a point.

Mar 18, 2008 - I agree borlanf2. I'm a fluent non-native speaker of Irish and his pronounciation of many of the words was attrocious (in any dialect). And then he expected other people to know what they were, out of context! He should really use a native speaker for his language experiments. As a native English speaker, I frequently don't recognise certain words in English when they are spoken in a manner that I'm not used to. But I don't consider that to be any reflection of my ability in that language.
