Tore Technologies and Elastic Engineering Description: Tore Technologies (TORTECH®) and Elastic Engineering (ELASTONEERING®) (TT&EE) based on Toroidal motion. The main structural element of tore/elastic machines and mechanisms is a thin hermetically tight or non-tight (for a pressure pulse) elastic/soft toroidal shell made of real or virtual elastic/soft matter and filled with working/fluid medium under excess (gas) or normal (liquid) pressure referred to as an eversible or enveloping elastic toroid.
