Nov 5, 2007 - And that ladies and gentlemen is how you end a poorly choreographed high school musical, By blowing the audience and youtubers away with an ending note to rival that of Broadway leading ladies! Very nice!
r0ckmypants Says:
Nov 15, 2007 - That choreography wasn't as bad as some people are making it out to be... it looked like it would create a great overall picture that we didn't get from this angle. That having been said, I think the reason it doesn't look very good is because these actors are clearly movers, not dancers.

Nov 25, 2007 - A highschool in my area did this, and the girl who sang it sang it very softly and then I heard this and I was like BLAM! Amazing voice. Bad quality camera, but that's noone's fault. =D LOVE IT

Dec 12, 2007 - Why'd the video end so suddenly? Right in the middle of the big note. I wanted to see how long she could long it for....but from what I did hear, it sounded pretty good.

Dec 28, 2007 - FINALLY! goodness... this song should be a test of weather this show should be put on or not! Props to Nahebka too!

Jan 3, 2008 - that was incredible. loveee this girl :) she can belt like none other!
ActorBoi718 Says:
Jan 12, 2008 - Seriously... why do Aida if you have no black actors to cast? I'm sorry but that's the entire point of the story. Nothing against the talent in this video, I just don't think a white actress should be playing Aida. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
TigerJade86 Says:
Jan 14, 2008 - This looks like it was done in the round.. thats a neat concept..
LilRayRay8907 Says:
Jan 14, 2008 - I don't think it should matter. I'm black myself and I took no offense to Aida being portrayed by a white actress. The point of a musical is to tell a story, and as long as thats being done, the color of the performers shouldn't matter.
elorawhoo Says:
Jan 15, 2008 - I bet it's just the recording, but the dancing was off beat and it was making me mad.

Jan 22, 2008 - I would love for you to sit and there while she makes you put your tail between your legs. seriously.......
elorawhoo Says:
Jan 22, 2008 - I said it was the recording that wasn't in sync with the audio. Get off my balls.
shoopoopi Says:
Jan 24, 2008 - the bad camera quality might have counted for some of this, but the dancing was sort of off beat (not by much, so it could just be the quality and the video) but you guys are lucky, our school did this play but we dont have nearly as much money as you guys (the costumes and set look good from what i can tell) so overall, i say this video was 2/5, i have high standards for this song after what my school did with it

Jan 25, 2008 - WOW amazing vocals!. i wanted to hear the rest of the note though, haha the girl who plays aida here, her voice reminds me of sutton foster :)
lilmissmik4 Says:
Jan 25, 2008 - As I have stated throughtout the other videos as well...the PICTURE AND SOUND ARE NOT IN SINC!!! ITS THE WAY THE VIDEO UPLOADED!! And quit dissn' my camera!!
Amocktus Says:
Feb 9, 2008 - Stop lying..She is sharp and whiny.
HtownHunk Says:
Mar 7, 2008 - She doesn't remind me of Sutton Foster, but the last note was good...the second of it that I heard anyway. haha oh well. :)
HtownHunk Says:
Mar 7, 2008 - ACTUALLY the original VERDI Aida on which Elton John's tale is based isn't about race, at least not about the characters being African-American as a necessity. It's about an Ethiopian Princess who falls in love with an Egyptian Prince, while Egypt is at war with her country. It's a Romeo and Juliet sort of love, and I guarantee no one would have a problem with a black Juliet even though the characters are Italian.
HtownHunk Says:
Mar 7, 2008 - Oops, that's in response to the person who said she should be black...don't know why it posted it at the top. :/
Princesa747 Says:
Mar 18, 2008 - same here i mean as long as the girl playing aida is a good enough singer and actress to do the part justice then it's okay by me
xxmariuspontmercyxx Says:
Mar 28, 2008 - your entire cast is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
duhDani Says:
May 3, 2008 - ummmmm, sorry i had an opinion and something nice to say? if you dont agree, okay fine. but dont tell me that i'm lying or wrong.
