The Mariposa Academy, the first dual-language elementary school in Nevada, got a new home when school started last year. To finance the new facility, at 3875 Glen St. in Reno, Mariposa conducted a "Brick to School" fund-raising campaign that allowed supporters to buy a brick for $100. Now, additional financial support is needed.
