Just a still image of the 49 junk batterys we scrapped, and got 171 bucks for! it was seriously heavy though. though the 1987 2wd toyota 1/2 ton pickup wasn't hurting nearly as bad from 49 batterys, as the 1979 dodge d100 fullsized shortbed 1/2 ton pickup was from 30... whats up with that? and that had a slant 6 in it!!!!! and the bumper was actually hitting the ground when we romped with them back there...

Jul 25, 2008 - Yeah, my buddy up the road snagged some of my batteries and scrap metal. He has an '89 Dodge Dakota, and it was almost draggin' on the ground, tires all buldging. I had some axels I was going to make into some art-deco lamps to sell to yuppies, but I got a job.

Jul 26, 2008 - Hmm i thought y had to pay to get rid of junk batteries ( just like tires)? I need to find some decent ones- all mine are crapping out on me.

Jul 26, 2008 - not now-a-days. with the crazy prices of scrap metal and all. they pay $3.50 a battery, or 10 Cents a pound around here right now. so yeah, tires are still not doing any good... which sucks because beleive me i have a shitload. from all the cars that have passed through the field over the years. i should have used the battery money to get rid of the tires. that would be a self helping situation. the field could help pay for itself
