Mar 25, 2008 - Great! That is one of my favorite lat (and pec) exercises. You have great back and pec development, and I can tell you are really feeling it. When you need to push it even harder stretch even more at the top. If you want to try that, since you have limited space, shorten the chain and bend down more.
