Aug 10, 2008 - I'm surprised they put the MP44 in a modern-warfare game, not to mention it's the last unlockable assault rifle. This criticism is toward Infinity Ward for using this in the game. I'm sure it's a pretty good gun the game. The MP44 was made back in WWII, so there's already a reason not to trust it. In addition, it's also unreliable in WWII due to its hefty manufacturing price and tendency to malfunction in many ways.

It's bolt action. m40, bolt action, like a m24 with magazine. marines use that. accuracy international AW rifles, the ones the british army uses... are bolt action too. I'm just curious... what are you basis to be pretty sure of your statement?
