The master bedroom has a queen bed, large tub with separate shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. There is access to the patio with a view of the ocean. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, lots of closet space and access to the patio with a view of the ocean. The kitchen has dark granite counter tops, with bar seating for 3. It is fully equipped with newly purchased upscale appliances, including dishwasher, laundry room, and all small appliances—coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and microwave. The dining table has seating for 8. The great room has ample seating with two couches. Large sliding glass doors open to the patio, which boasts a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The great room has a boveda ceiling and ceiling fan. There is also satellite TV with a DVD player. Amenities include central air, ceiling fans in bedrooms, great room and patio. Lounge outside on the patio furniture and take in the beautiful ocean view. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets of any size or breed. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.
