Jul 27, 2008 - Did you known that there is a bug that permits you to get as many archers in tower as you want. My personal best is 360 archers in round tower. You select one group of 30 archers and move them in tower then before they get in tower you select another group and move them also before the first one get in and so one. This is very helpful if you play strategy without walls.

Jul 28, 2008 - Wow. That's my expression regarding the activity of Firefly studios lately. Stronghold 2 was a pathetic attempt to resurrect the spirit of Stronghold. It failed miserably, despite the money they might have made. The game was filled with bugs. After digging their own grave, they buried themselves, too. NOW they're charging people 30 dollars just for an increase of battlefield troops. Meanwhile, other companies are releasing completely new games for the same price. Stronghold: a one hit wonder...

Sep 24, 2008 - The soundtracks are excellent and memorable, and the scenerios in the original are well varied; even though Crusader is an improvement upon Stronghold, I find it still worthwhile playing the Siege and Invasion missions from the original, when the difficulty is cranked up they are still one hell of a challenge.

Sep 27, 2008 - The Scorpion is also a formidable opponent. He will use every dirtytactic he knows to get you on your knees. I have/had great battles with Richard The Lionheart. We both don't use arabic armies. We use real troops trained in a solid barracks. I don't like mercenaries. I am a good fan of this game and I prefer the crusader fighting style. It might be difficult at first but ones you establish your knights and swordsman, you will have a solid grip in the battle field. While the arab style is fast.
