Heres another simple excercise. This one just popped into my head while struggling with my picks 2 days ago. Whenever I sit down to my steel, and my playing is sloppy, I go back to excercise mode, effectively reprogramming my mind for coordination. I will run this pattern until my muscles in my hand begin to cramp, then take a 10 minute break. Once I get back, world of difference. This stuff really works for me guys...I KNOW you will improve your skills by utilizing simple repetitious patterns like this one...Make your own, use the noodle...explore!....See you all back at the steel!...Mickey
