Mar 5, 2008 - I just can't sit back and watch someone bash against another religion from false accusations and intolerance.
Papachair Says:
Mar 5, 2008 - I've found my Wife's Wiccan family to be very exclusive and secretive. They were also "Native Americans" when I first met them. I've gone to a couple of their gatherings and they seem like nothing more than swap meets for books and Wiccan wears... it's all just a money scam.
VolunteerMinisters Says:
Mar 5, 2008 - The issue is not one of "intolerance:" nobody has the right to tolerate Wicca, or any other religion. Daniel need merely STOP LYING and ignore Wicca.
tiggeromega Says:
Mar 6, 2008 - In our society I am sure there are people who have found means to capitalize on the faiths of others. However, you find that with any group though. Wicca has never been a means to collect financial gain by my personal observations, nor has it been so historically.
tiggeromega Says:
Mar 6, 2008 - Nobody has to like anything. That wasn't my point. My point is that Wicca is a recognized religion, and in this nation no one religion takes precedent over another. They have the same rights to freedom of expression as any other religion. Provided no laws are violated. However, back to the subject, Daniel's intolerance of Wicca is leading to gross slander. That is bullshit and I am not afraid call him on it. It is merely my opinion his intolerance stems from ignorance. I could be wrong.
VolunteerMinisters Says:
Mar 8, 2008 - "It is merely my opinion his intolerance stems from ignorance. I could be wrong." I am aware of your valid points; my point is that nobody has the right to tolerate any religion. Tolerance is "acceptable deviation from the norm," and nobody has the right to do that accepting: nobody has the right to say they will, out of the goodness of their heart, tolerate someone else's religion---- it's an arrogant claim on their part that they have the authority to accept or reject other's religions.
VolunteerMinisters Says:
Mar 8, 2008 - Post Script. Daniel just made another video about yet another urban legend and he has been getting his ass kicked over it. It is kind of sad to see.
VolunteerMinisters Says:
Mar 8, 2008 - ".... it's all just a money scam." All Wiccan Trads prohibit money or any other commodity to be exchanged within Wicca, for any reason other than covering actual expensed incurred by providers of goods. The money scams are for the idiot clowns who think Wicca is way cool and fashionable because they see little girls on television "being Wiccan."
Papachair Says:
Mar 9, 2008 - "All Wiccan Trads prohibit money or any other commodity to be exchanged within Wicca" - Source?? Is this a joke? What about Pantheocon? "any reason other than covering actual expensed" That's the same reason anyone charges for anything. Therefore nearly all trade of any kind falls under these terms...
NotSoOldHippy Says:
Mar 10, 2008 - "Is this a joke? What about Pantheocon?" If you ever find a Wiccan who charges money or otherwise expects payment of any kind of religious assistance of any kind, that Wiccan is in violation of one of the basic c ore ideologies -- of Gardinarian Wicca, any way.

Mar 31, 2008 - great video man!
levesqueinc Says:
Jun 3, 2008 - Daniellevesque himself worships an idol: a subjective interpretation of a translated text he calls "the Bible." The beauty of nature-based worship is lost on him.
wolfowl24 Says:
Mar 5, 2008 - Well said. My family was upset over this video. I don't know why we even watched it. I guess because it was so shockingly ignorant. My family is both Wiccan and Christian and we still love each other. People need to learn to be more tollerant. It works for us. Love is the key. Blessed Be,Blessed Be
