It is especially recommended for viewing after the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE), or the two Semestral Assessments (SA1 and SA2), or the two Continual Assessments (CA1 and CA2), where there are ample time for some Civics and Moral Education (CME). The importance of National Education (NE) cannot be overemphasized, as the Ministry of Education (MOE) has emphasized many times. Students of the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Singapore Management University (SMU) should also view this video, especially if they are under various MOE or Public Service Comission (PSC) scholarships or the edusave scheme. Foreign Talents (FT) and other not-so-talented foreigners working at Fusionpolis, Biopolis and the other "polis" of various A*STAR organisations may be interested to infuse themselves with some Singapore history too. That's the case on all official documents and websites, including the Prime Minister's Office (PMO)'s website on The Cabinet. Yes, even on plaques on public buildings that he offically opened. And yes, even on official electoral voting papers and on those posters that you see during election time! This is the same man who, together with Matthias Yao, MP for Macpherson, told Singaporeans in teochew that Chee Soon Juan - a newbies at that time - was such a western stooge that he would even pronounce a westerner's fart as fragrant. Chee replied that it was highly amusing for someone who called himself "Matthias Yao" to tell someone who called himself "Chee Soon Juan" that the latter is a stooge of the West! Thereafter, Emperor George Yong Boon Yeo changed tactics on Chee, before Chee had the chance to rebut: why on earth would some Singaporean Minister insist on his name being written everywhere all over Singapore, as "George Yong Boon YEO"?

In 1993,the LDP in Japan(founded 1955)lost its 38 year hold on power due two factors:corruption and infighting.Many people defected from the LDP and formed parties which later became part of a non-Communist,anti-LDP coalition.This coalition would then be in power for 10 months in 1993-94.Though shortlived,it was considered a historic moment in Japan's history.

Sep 28, 2008 - 是的，把新加坡当跳板。一，容易移民。比如，中国每年有太多人移民美国了，超额了。以新加坡公民身份，如合格，可立刻获得绿卡配额，无需等待。二，新加坡与西方大学有很密切的合作，推荐书有帮助，先在新加坡读书，较容易转去美国大学。其他就不详述了。 你不"认为"。可是我不是"认为"。我是说事实。请多接触新加坡的中国人，他们会告诉你实况。
