As for the meaning of the song that someone had asked about it: sounds like it's a song dedicated to the guy's ex-girlfriend, after he sees some other guy carrying her little black backpack. He wants to beat up that guy and take his ex-girlfriend's backpack, and he doesn't want to talk about it or return the backpack to his ex-girlfriend. He's an angry ex-boyfriend.
