Nothing special here, just how I made the soundtrack song and effects for my HERO-1 Robot video. This is Apple's Soundtrack that came bundled with Final Cut Express 3.5. They dropped it in FCE 4.0 probably because Garageband does the same thing. This is the first song I made using all loops. I usually create my own songs using Propellerhead's Reason 4, an all-in-one MIDI recording studio. When I need to add my Fender Stratocaster or voice, I sync Reason to Garageband via ReWire technology.
