A homeowner said he and his frightened family will find another place to stay after a shooting and the later discovery of a grenade outside their home near 19th and Tennyson streets. KMBC's Jana Corrie reported that the bomb squad was called out at about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday after the grenade was found in the yard. Crews took the explosive away. "It was an old-school, pineapple-shaped grenade," homeowner Ezekiel Payne.
