What would you do if, instead of something hateful, a vandal wrote Quran 9:1-5, 29 and 30 in big spray painted words on the side of your mosque's outside walls. Would you go to the media and report it, hoping people would see it as a hate crime and NOT look up those passages from the Quran, or, would you fear if you DID go to the media, people WOULD look up Quran 9:1-5, 29 and 30, and, if you knew that they would, would you, instead, just paint over them and hope the guy with the spray can didn't show up again.
