Aug 8, 2008 - I doubt the idiot would know to file anything. I had complained several times about this guy to the apartment manager who said she talked to him but he continued to play his music loud enough to vibrate the walls of the building. I don't think there is a court anywhere that would listen to his complaint when he willingly leaves his front door open for all to see in. The same applies to windows. It's simple: if you want privacy, close your doors and blinds.
