Former White House Executive Pastry Chef presented a 'Presidential Pastry' session at 2008 ACF (American Culinary Federation) National Convention being held July 13-17, 2008, at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. He had served many presidents, royalty and heads of state during his 25 years as the White House Executive Pastry Chef. During the session, he had shared his philosophy on how he successfully melded creativity, authenticity and practicality in one of the most demanding and rewarding work environment.
