Here is a short clip of me playing my Clavia Ddrum 4 hooked up to my laptop which is triggering samples from the plugin "Drumkit from hell custom and Vintage" I love the big sound from the Ludwig kit preset, sounds like a John Bonham kit!

Dec 24, 2007 - Sounds great! I have this same drum set for sale cheap, message me if interested. They don't make them anymore and they are still the most real sounding set out there. Ddrum4 clavia.

hai2you2 Says:

Dec 24, 2007 - What version is your chip in the module? 1.4 or 1.5?

Jan 2, 2008 - Awesome stuff! So that's a preset Ludwig kit on DFH Superior Custom and Vintage correct? I'm looking to get the same thing and couldn't see a preset Ludwig kit listed on the website.

funnyminky Says:

Jan 2, 2008 - Hi dude.. you would have to get the original DFH superior to get this kit.. its an old Ludwig silver sparkle kit 22,12,13,16 with a 402 snare.. sounds nice eh?

Grim177 Says:

Jan 2, 2008 - Sounds superb! So that's purely DFH superior? No Custom & Vintage involved?

funnyminky Says:

Jan 2, 2008 - yes i believe so.. its the best drum softwae money can buy.. try and get C&V too it has some really beautifull old kits

zephyr30 Says:

Jan 28, 2008 - hey really nice!! i'm planing to buy an electronic kit like roland td3 or td6 and plug it to my laptop with dfh, but what is the config of your laptop?? XD

funnyminky Says:

Jan 28, 2008 - Hello, i have an Asus Z53S with an external hard drive where i store the DFH sound files (60gig) and a Roland edirol UA101 sound device, then i midi my brain to the edirol i get about 3ms of latancy! hope this helps R

zephyr30 Says:

Jan 28, 2008 - yes it helps thanks i didn't that we could store the dfh sound files in an external drive that's awesome. i hope that with 2gb of RAM + vista it will run at least at 3ms! XD

funnyminky Says:

Jan 28, 2008 - FORGET VISTA!! its crap if you are going to use the laptop for music.. my advise is XP or like me create a dual boot system.. XP for music and Vista for surfing etc

zephyr30 Says:

Jan 28, 2008 - that's what i was thinking about. but one of my best friend make orchestral music on cubase with tons of vst and using a masterkayboard on vista so i think im gonna give it a try and if it's too shitty i will create a dual boot system XD

funnyminky Says:

Jan 28, 2008 - You will have nothing but problems with vista.. it aint designed for music,, XP is rock solid! you wont go rong with XP

zephyr30 Says:

Jan 28, 2008 - i know, that xp is better for everything, i have an other pc with xp but it's my parent's one now XD i bought a laptop and now all laptop have vista :(

lichozlasu Says:

Mar 25, 2008 - It sounds sooo fucking awesome !!

funnyminky Says:

May 8, 2008 - no.. its a pain in the ass to load sample to the module

ofirharlev Says:
