Video compilatorio de la obra escénica Speak, de Alejandra Ceriani y Fabián Kesler. Un cuerpo que compone sonidos a la par que compone estructuras de gestos. Las interfaces físicas (cámara Web y micrófonos) captan las señales mecánicas y articulares del cuerpo en movimiento, transformándolas en paradigmas computacionales, y las devuelve en configuraciones de imagen y sonido. Dicho material permite al artista sonoro componer en tiempo real junto a la bailarina, generándose así una real composición colectiva en el momento, que aunque parte de ciertas premisas y materiales, nunca será del todo igual a la anterior. Proponer otra mirada y otra audición sobre los emisores de sentidos, reales y artificiales, los "speakers": cuerpo, parlante y pantalla de video. Y desde allí, tanto artistas como público, resignificar de modo personal: Interpretar al cuerpo, escuchar la imagen ,mirar el sonido: Esto no es solo figurado: los parlantes son parte de nuestra escenografía y sus movimientos al emitir sonido, captados por la cámara, son pertinentes en nuestro trabajo visualmente y en relación a los movimientos coreográficos. The body composes sounds meanwhile it composes a gestual structure. The physical interfaces (webcan and microphone) takes the body gestures and transform them in computational paradigms to finally give sound and image. So the sound artist composes in real time along with de performer, creating a work that never is the same to a previous show. Our goal is to propose another look and another audition on the emisors of senses, real and artificial, the "speakers": body, speaker and video screen. And from there, perceive them in a personal way: To interpret to the body, to listen the image, to look at the sound. This is not just virtual: the speakers are part of our scenery and their movements when emitting sound too. Captured by the camera, they are pertinent in our work visually and in relation to the choreographic movements.
