A short movie I made in January 2007. It went from conception to the completion of filming in less than 24 hours - with filming time taking less than 5 hours, including travelling between locations. It was filmed in King's Lynn, Snettisham Beach and Hunstanton. All material, including the music, is entirely original and was made by me. The film stars Lon Amick as the runner, Ruth Dickson (now Ruth Amick) as the body and me (Ben Dickson) as the runner's voice over.
