Aug 2, 2008 - Funny vid, but he was technically right. He was "standing" in the spot. "Parked" means the car is parked and vacant. "Standing" means the car is in the park gear with a driver present. "Stopping" means simply stopping the vehicle. Not a bash by any means, I'm only explaining some of the jargon used by many US cities' DOT to enforce tickets. If I'm wrong, anyone please feel free to correct me.
