For my friend.. Sometimes I cry to you Sometimes I cry to you But the other night I pushed you down The other night I pushed you down Sometimes I laugh with you Sometimes I laugh with you But the other night I raised my voice The other night I raised my voice I dont mean to make you cry I dont meant to push you aside Your the one who stands by me Your the one who stands by me And you are what keeps me sane Yeh you are what keeps me sane Our boy wont see no more I wont walk towards that door I know we can get through this We wont let him ruin this Because you are what keeps me sane Yeh you are what keeps me sane I cant thank you enough For giving me all your love Your all i'll ever need You and our son And you are all that keeps me sane Yeh you are all that keeps me sane...

Feb 27, 2008 - Baby, this is a beautiful piece... Really feels like it's been written and sung straight from the heart. I'm so proud of you.. xx

Mar 10, 2008 - This is pure class and I'm not messing. I really think you've got something. This is just so so great. This and "Senses" remind me of the (quiet, simple) stuff that Lennon wrote towards the end, on his last two albums. I'll be checking out your others.

Mar 14, 2008 - Wow, this is great. The song is so complete and I love the way you make the tune go down rather than up at "what keeps me sane" -- it's so cool. If you write nothing else, you will still have achieved a great deal just with this one -- it really is excellent.

Mar 14, 2008 - This is near perfect. The song just fits together so well. It's nice, it's cool, it's got an edge, and it sound honest; realistic. The melody is great and the chords just plod nicely giving it the rhythm it needs. I doubt this could be improved upon, except by the use of studio technology. But even then the innocence and reality of this version is just impeccable.
