If this happened to me or my family member I can tell you that my reaction would be the same as that family, and I would keep the tape. Anyone defending the reporter has been brainwashed into thinking they have a right to invade peoples lives.

She was clearly an aggressor in this situation. She should have left when the photographer was shown pulling her away instead of breaking away from him and going after the girl with her fist balled up and upraised, then smacking her an audible thud, view the rest. Ms. Brown is no innocent victim.
