I'm not sure if I missed something while I was in Iraq but the internet seems much more obnoxious, perhaps its just a generational rift or perhaps its the websites I frequent, but hes a rant from a pissed off soldier who is tired of the civilian maddness.

It's like people forgot that we went into a country that had a very evil person controlling it. Did we need to?..no did we have to?..no but we did and now we have to deal with it..I hate even more so the Brits..are they so pissed off at us that they for get that they have troops over there as well? Its just amazing how tuff a person can get while sitting infront of a keyboard.

May 31, 2008 - Good post. When I came back from Yokosuka after being stationed there for 3 years I noticed that a vast majority who discussed politics sounded exactly like the media on TV. People who do what they do in a pissed off manner in YouTube or real life want something to believe in and defend no matter how stupid it is. They'll defend political parties and ideologies as if they were football teams. What I'm getting at is those guys do it to belong to something and to gain an identity. That's my take
