Took me forever to finish this ^^; Anyway, some of The Skyrits and I got together and decided that we wanted some Lemon Poppyseed Muffins on evening. Once arriving at the store, we came across the frosting and decided to make cupcakes as well. So, we bought some cake mixes, frosting, decorations, and muffin mix. Through this, we learned the following: -It's a good idea to apply PAM spray to the pans to prevent the cupcakes from sticking -Angel Food cake mix expands when mixed with water -Angel Food cake batter tastes rather bitter, but sweet at the same time...until you have a powder ball -Decorating Angel Food cake before it's baked is a bad idea overall -Snow peas + chocolate cake batter = delicious goodness
