During their visit to YouTube HQ in November, the Community Council had the opportunity to exchange thoughts and ideas directly with 'Tube staff from various teams and participate in usability studies. Through ongoing discussions with YouTube and beta feature testing (like video recommendations and a new home page design in the works), users bgirl5, bradofarrell, sarrycrey, tlg847, and visiblemode have made great strides in representing the community's voice within the product. Jun 13, 2008 - here's even more: 7.) music in channels (not my idea, but it sounds awesome) 8.) bring moving icons back (why did you even get rid of them in the first place) 9.) give others a chance to become known (a.k.a. stop giving partners so much attention) 10.) fix all the glitches in streams 11.) have separate BG's for your comment section (it's on Veoh, why not here?) and truly lastly 12.) get rid of corporation channels on YT (they're grabbing all the attention away from up-and-coming people)

Not everyone who has a Youtube Account is violating copyright laws. A person can still viiolate copyright laws with the 10 min limit. All they have to do is break it down. The 10 min limit is pointless, & many movie producers are upset about it. Take it down!

Jun 13, 2008 - wow, these people gotten a lot done (sarcasm) bunch of lazy idiots, here's what I'll put into the non-existent suggestion box: 1.) f*ck you 2.) eliminate comment limits (wtf is the point of limits) 3.) change the homepage back to the old style 4.) actually make the suggestion box 5.) don't suspend people that didn't do anything wrong (AVGN, machima etc.) and lastly 6.) suspend vid stealers, spammers, haters and vid flaggers already, there's too many of them on this website (stupid letter limit)
